You must be at least 15 years old to use Supernest.ai. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

All users are required to undergo Aadhaar KYC verification to use our platform. As a user of Supernest.ai, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration and when using the platform.
• Using the platform for its intended purpose, which includes property management and tenant services.
• Not engaging in activities that could harm the platform or other users.

Supernest.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Account Registration and Data Management

To create an account, users must provide a valid phone number. Users are encouraged to provide accurate information to make the most of Supernest.ai's features, such as finding the best property matches. Users can delete their data via the profile section, or by sending a request to connect@supernest.ai.

5. Fees and Payments

• Supernest.ai charges property managers a subscription fee, ranging from ₹30 to ₹50 per bed, depending on the PG and number of beds.
• Tenants can use the platform for free and make payments such as rent through the app.
• All payments made through Supernest.ai are secure and protected.
• If there are any refunds, they will be processed in 5 - 7 days.

6. Services Provided

Supernest.ai offers comprehensive property management services for property owners, including:

• Financial tracking and management
• Payment reminders for tenants
• Complaint management
• Lead generation for property owners

7. Financial Transactions

By using Supernest.ai's payment services, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment Processing: All financial transactions are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways.
• Transaction Fees: No charges for tenants, but property managers are subject to subscription fees.
• Rewards: Tenants may win rewards based on their payment history or app activity.
• Disputes: Payment-related disputes must be resolved between the parties involved.
• Refunds: Handled according to terms agreed between tenant and property owner.

8. Intellectual Property

Supernest.ai is a registered trademark under ALRA AI LLP. All platform content, including data, trademarks, and software, is owned by ALRA AI LLP and protected by law. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

9. Data Security and Ownership

All data collected by Supernest.ai is securely stored and managed. User data can be deleted upon request by contacting connect@supernest.ai. We take appropriate security measures to protect your data and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Supernest.ai operates on an "as is" basis, and while we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, we do not guarantee the platform's uptime or accuracy at all times. Supernest.ai is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, or for disputes arising between users.

11. Termination of Services

Supernest.ai reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for any violations of the terms and conditions, or in cases of fraudulent or harmful activity, at its sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes at the beginning of login to the platform. Continued use of Supernest.ai after the terms have been updated will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
