Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Our subscription plans are billed on a monthly basis:

• Basic Plan: Free listing service
• SuperPack: Starting at ₹10/bed/month
• Premium Plan: Starting at ₹15/bed/month

2. Cancellation Policy

For Property Managers

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• You will retain access to all features until the end of your paid period.
• No partial refunds will be provided for unused days in the current billing cycle.

For Tenants

• The tenant app is free to use.
• You can delete your account at any time through the app settings.

3. Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds

• All refund requests will be processed within 5-7 working days.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
• Processing fees, if any, are non-refundable.

Eligible Scenarios for Refunds

• Technical issues preventing access to core features for more than 24 hours
• Double charging or billing errors
• Service unavailability due to system maintenance exceeding 48 hours

4. Payment Issues

In case of payment-related issues:

• Failed Payments: We will attempt to process the payment again in 24 hours.
• Payment Disputes: Contact our support team with transaction details for quick resolution.
• Billing Errors: Will be corrected within one business day of notification.

5. Service Termination

Supernest.ai reserves the right to terminate services if:

• The user violates our terms of service
• Payment remains overdue for more than 30 days
• The account is used for fraudulent purposes
